Job summary

Aman Rosa Alpina in Italy is seeking a Guest Assistant Day/Night to support front desk operations, guest check-ins, and overnight coverage. You will collaborate with the Front Office Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and accurate cashiering.

The role includes night audit responsibilities two nights per week when substituting the Night Manager. Fluency in English is required, with at least one year of Front Office experience in international luxury settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Front Office experience in an international luxury hotel.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Computer literacy and ability to work shifts.
• Willingness to assist guests and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Brand is protected and guests are delighted by their on-property experience.
• Collect and act on guest preferences.
• Operate the Front Office properly and efficiently.
• Ensure that the Night Audit process is carried out successfully.
• Perform guest registration/check-in.
• Escort guests to the room.
• Create and review guest folios and accurately encode guest information.
• Perform clerical and cashiering duties.
• Attend to guest complaints immediately and coordinate resolution.
• Possess full knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Attend employee training and reviews on emergency responsibilities.
• Ensure daily duties are conducted.
