Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.**Position purpose**Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Assistant Day/Night is responsible for guest registration, guest check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange. He/she is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest inquiries/requests in accordance with hotel policies.
