Aman Rosa Alpina is seeking a Guest Assistant Day/Night to join the Front Office team in San Cassiano, Italy. You will handle registration, check-out, cashiering, and guest inquiries, with a focus on delivering exceptional, personalized service.

You will participate in overnight operations for two nights per week as a substitute for the Night Manager, contributing to smooth 24/7 hotel operations while maintaining the Aman standard of luxury and discretion.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in Front Office in an international luxury hotel.
• English language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Computer knowledge, ability to work shifts, flexibility, enthusiasm.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the brand is protected and guests are delighted by their on-property experience.
• Collect and act on guest preferences.
• Operate the Front Office efficiently and properly.
• Carry out Night Audit processes during night shifts.
• Register and check-in guests; escort to rooms.
• Handle cashiering and guest folios accurately.
• Address guest complaints promptly and coordinate resolutions.
• Know emergency procedures and participate in trainings.
• Ensure daily duties are conducted.
