AMA Stay is seeking a friendly Front Office team member for the evening shift (until 10:00 PM). You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and provide information on rooms, services and amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualificações

• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Italian and English required; German is an advantage.
• Understanding of booking and travel planning platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible availability, including different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Open-mindedness; Attentiveness and patience towards guests.
• Problem-solving mentality and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Performing all check-in and check-out procedures
• Managing online and phone reservations, as well as payments
• Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, services, and amenities
• Responding to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Confirming group reservations and organising personalised services for VIP guests and event attendees
• Supporting a smooth and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure
