Competenze

• University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing or similar.
• Advanced English; a third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of brand strategies and hotel operations.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Comply with attributes, standards and manuals in the department and ensure compliance elsewhere.
• Ensure the customer experience, personalising stays, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Manage the guests’ digital experience according to the global strategy.
• Handle customer incidents following established protocols.
• Apply Sensory Architecture in hotel areas (lighting, decoration, aroma, music).
• Verify material orders to optimise resources.
