What will I be doing?
Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner.
Process all payments according to established procedures.
Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
Register guests, issue room keys and provide information on hotel services and room location
Up-sell rooms when possible, to maximize hotel revenue
Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures
Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
Respond appropriately to guest complaints
Make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Candidate must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights,weekends and/or holidays.
Must befluent in English; other languagesare preferred.
1-year experience in a fast environment in the same or similar position in a hotel/resort.
Passionate for Hospitality and with a strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
The position can be classified between level C3 and level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C3: €1.621,40 gross monthly; level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly). The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between €22.699,60 and €24.177,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position. Further information on framing, economic treatment, any reward systems, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process.
