Amer Sports Oyj in Veneto is seeking a proactive administrative assistant to manage front desk duties, mail, invoices, and daily office operations in our Italy office. You will coordinate travel, support cost management in SAP, and assist teams with events while ensuring smooth communication in English (B2) and with our global partners.

You will join a dynamic team and contribute to a well-organized, efficient office environment.

Competenze

• Experience in similar roles (1–2 years) in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, fast-paced and proactive in problem solving.
• Fluent English (B2) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or comparable systems.

Mansioni

• Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile.
• Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently.
• Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders.
• Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services.
• Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair.
• Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you.
