Starhotels Rosa Grand in Milan is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Secretary Shift to lead front desk operations during the night. You will be the main guest reference, handling late check-ins, inquiries, and ensuring smooth book closings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in upscale hotels, fluent Italian and English, and proficiency with Opera PMS. Enjoy benefits like uniforms, staff meals, and staff discounts.

Competenze

3+ years’ experience in 4 or 5-star hotels as a Night Auditor or Secretary Shift.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Familiarity with Opera PMS.
Ability to handle night shifts and maintain high service levels.

Mansioni

Provide friendly guest service and respond promptly to inquiries.
Perform nighttime check-in/check-out and ensure flawless book closings.
Manage guest messages and requests while maintaining lobby standards.
Stay updated on hotel services and events.
