Starhotels Rosa Grand in Milan is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join the front office team. You will be the night reference for guests, handling check-ins/outs and ensuring flawless book closings.

Based at the Front Desk, you will respond to inquiries, manage requests, and stay updated on hotel services and events. Fluency in Italian and English is expected, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in 4- or 5-star hotels as Night Auditor or Secretary Shift.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve guest inquiries with tact and efficiency.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide information and assistance.
• Perform nighttime check-in and check-out routines and ensure accurate book closings.
• Manage guest messages and requests, updating on hotel services and events.
• Maintain lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
