Starhotels Rosa Grand in Milan is seeking an Event Assistant to support pre-event organization, prepare quotations and contracts, oversee conference spaces, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during meetings and events.

Competenze

• A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and events.
• +2 years of experience in the role.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
• Enthusiasm when assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.

• Supporting in the organizational part before the event.
• Preparing quotations and contracts, while monitoring the status of event bookings and arrangements through regular follow-up.
