A global recruitment firm is seeking freelance recruiters to support its Executive Search team. This role offers full flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule while headhunting qualified candidates under a 'No Cure, No Pay' agreement. Ideal candidates should have a result-oriented mindset, be tech-savvy, and possess strong autonomy and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge in recruiting for Executive, Corporate, and IT roles is essential.

🚀 This role is responsible for supporting the Executive Search & Headhunting team at high standards!

We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asiaand LATAM!

You willheadhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clausefor our open vacancies and get an attractivecommission scheme!

IMPORTANT : WE EXPECT FROM OUR HEADHUNTERS A HIGH LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AND TO BE 100% RESULT-ORIENTED : If you are not going to commit to the assigned projects a few hours a week, please do not apply!

✅ Experience working with Government-related positions

✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)

✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
