Palazzo Tornabuoni in Florence is seeking a Residential Services Agent to lead Club Members services, manage reservations, greet guests, provide information on amenities, and resolve issues with a proactive, service-driven attitude.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in concierge roles within 5* luxury hotels, strong communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred. The role offers a dynamic, professional environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years concierge experience in a 5* Luxury Hotel.
• Outgoing personality, team player, strong communication and analysis skills.
• Friendly, professional image with prompt, caring attitude to Members.
• Independent, responsible with basic front office accounting knowledge.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is preferred.
• Familiar with Members' names, locations, and profile history.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Front Desk & Concierge Operations daily.
• Handle Reservations daily.
• Handle Department Month End archive.
• Plan and coordinate Housekeeping weekly schedule.
• Coaching and training to colleagues and trainees.
• Support in other operational tasks or assigned project.
