Job summary

Palazzo Tornabuoni in Florence is seeking a Guest Services Agent/Doorman to warmly welcome members and guests, assist with luggage, deliveries, and transportation, and maintain the entrance areas to the highest standards.

The role requires fluency in English and Italian, a valid driving license, and prior luxury hospitality experience; fixed-term contracts are offered with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests and assisting with their luggage on arrival and departure.
• Assisting with errands, parcels, and shopping bags; delivering groceries to members and guests.
• Supporting event setup and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in entrance and luggage storage areas.
• Providing personalized recommendations and outstanding reception/concierge service.

Guest Services Agent/Doorman

will be responsible for:

• members transports
• greeting members and guests assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure,
• managing errands, parcels and shopping bags, delivering grocery to the members and guest
• assisting with the event set up
• Possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage areas and support members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, offering personalised recommendations and service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
