myPOS is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Palermo to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help grow their businesses. This field-based role offers independence, a built territory, and ownership of the full sales cycle with internal onboarding and training support.

You will identify new businesses, demonstrate tailored solutions, and work toward revenue targets while enjoying uncapped commissions and a structured ramp-up. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• - Confidence approaching new businesses and talking to decision makers in person.
• - Consultative selling approach with ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and approach new merchants in Palermo.
• - Meet merchants face-to-face to present myPOS payment solutions.
• - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• - Build lasting merchant relationships and grow the territory.
• - Work towards acquisition and performance targets with commissions and bonuses.
• - Represent myPOS at local events, fairs, and in the business community.
