myPOS in Catania is seeking a Field Sales Representative to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help their businesses grow. The role is field-based, independent, and includes ownership of the full sales cycle with support from internal appointments.

You will develop your territory, meet merchants in person, and work toward acquisition and performance targets with uncapped commissions and structured onboarding.

Formación

• Proven B2B field sales experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Confident approaching new businesses and decision makers in person.
• Consultative selling approach that translates needs into solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Native Italian with conversational English.

About the role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of myPOS within Catania, introducing local merchants to smarter payment solutions and helping them grow their businesses.

This is a field based role for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys meeting people, and is motivated by results. You'll have the freedom to develop your territory, manage your own pipeline, and take ownership of the full sales cycle, with additional support from internally generated appointments.

And because we know that success takes more than a great first day, we'll provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, and progressive performance expectations, giving you the support to establish your territory and build sustainable results.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Catania.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.
