Traka, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Field Technician to support customers across Italy. Reporting to the Italy Country Manager and Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will gain deep expertise in Traka key-management systems and play a strategic role in launching the new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success.

Competenze

• Has a technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willing to travel across Italy; holds a valid driving license; fluent in English.
• Dynamic, curious personality; able to cooperate in cross-functional teams with a professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• IT knowledge for user/support level; Workplace Safety certificate (Electrical or Construction) is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Review and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka application and best-practice workflows.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems and assist with software installation & configuration, ensuring seamless integration.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, including on-site repairs and component replacements.
• Continuously upskill, staying at the forefront of Traka product developments.
