Nordson Corporation is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer to provide on-site service, installation and maintenance for packaging equipment in the North-West Piedmont region, with extensive travel requirements.

You will diagnose hardware, software and system issues, document actions, and collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and drive customer satisfaction. Fluent Italian and English are required, with strong problem-solving skills.

Competenze

Hands-on experience with PLCs and fault finding in industrial equipment.
Solid understanding of electromechanical, electronic and computer systems.
Ability to read technical documentation and service procedures.
Strong customer service orientation and communication in Italian and English.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in the field.
Proficiency with service management/CRM tools and MS Office.

Mansioni

Provide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont region.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
Document service actions and findings according to requirements.
Prioritize service requests to meet commitments.
Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Provide technical guidance and basic user training as needed.
Ensure safety, quality, and company policy compliance during field activities.
Maintain service tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to product performance.
