Nordson Packaging in Italy is seeking a highly motivated Technical Customer Engineer to join our team in the North-West Piedmont region. You will provide on-site technical support, install, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical expertise, a customer-focused approach, and frequent travel across the territory; collaboration with Sales to identify service opportunities and contribute to service

Competenze

Electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication in Italian and English.
Ability to read technical manuals and service procedures.

Mansioni

Provide on-site technical support and service activities at customer locations in the North-West Piedmont region.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
Diagnose hardware, software, and system issues and resolve them promptly.
Document service activities and findings per company requirements.
Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
