Nordson Packaging is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer in Italy to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for packaging equipment across the North-West Piedmont region. The role requires travel and close collaboration with the Sales Team to drive service revenue and meet targets.

Competenze
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial service or equipment installation.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Mansioni
- Provide on-site technical support and service activities at customer locations in the North-West Piedmont region.
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
- Document service activities and findings per company requirements.
- Manage service requests and priorities to meet commitments.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and revenue targets.
