Nordson Corporation is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer to deliver on-site service for packaging equipment in the North-West Piedmont region. You will install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment, diagnose issues, and document actions while ensuring safety and quality.

3–5 years in industrial service or equipment installation.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Read and apply technical documentation and service procedures.
Fluent Italian and English; strong communication.

Mansioni

Provide on-site technical support and service across the North-West Piedmont region.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
Diagnose hardware, software, and system issues.
Document service actions and findings according to requirements.
Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
