Job summary
Nordson Packaging, a global leader in precision dispensing and fluid management, is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer to join our team in Italy. The role delivers on-site technical support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment across the North-West Piedmont region, with frequent travel and close collaboration with the Sales Team to grow service revenue.

Qualifications
- Electrician or electrical engineer background with packaging industry exposure.
- 3–5 years of industrial service or equipment installation experience.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
- Strong communication in Italian and English; customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
- Document service actions and findings in company systems and CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and meet targets.
- Ensure safety, quality standards, and proper inventory management.
