Nordson Corporation is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to support, install, maintain, and troubleshoot Nordson Packaging equipment in the North-West Piedmont region. You will work with customers to ensure reliable operation and high satisfaction, while collaborating with Sales to uncover service opportunities and drive growth.

The role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in industrial service or equipment installation.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of electromechanical, electronic, computer, and network-based systems.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and service procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to travel 70–80%, including international travel when needed.
