Nordson Corporation seeks a Technical Customer Engineer to deliver on-site service for Nordson Packaging equipment across the North-West Piedmont region. You will install, configure, maintain and repair equipment, diagnose complex hardware and software issues, and document actions to support customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong electromechanical and electronic system knowledge, 3–5 years in industrial service, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

3–5 years in industrial service or equipment installation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of electromechanical, electronic, computer, and network-based systems.
Ability to read and apply technical documentation and service procedures.
Strong customer service orientation and communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Provide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont region.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair Nordson Packaging equipment per procedures.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
Document service actions and findings according to requirements; prioritize service requests to meet commitments.
Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Provide technical guidance and basic user training as needed.
Ensure safety, quality, and company policy compliance during field activities.
Maintain service tools, equipment, and inventory in good condition.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to product performance.
