Nordson Corporation is seeking an on-site Technical Customer Engineer to support the North-West Piedmont region. You will install, configure, maintain, and repair packaging equipment, diagnose hardware/software issues, and document actions to ensure reliable operation.

Role requires 3-5 years in industrial service, PLC diagnostics, and strong electromechanical knowledge. English and Italian are essential; travel 70–80% including international trips may be required.

Competenze

3-5 years in industrial service or equipment installation.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of electromechanical, electronic, and computer systems.
Ability to read and apply technical documentation and service procedures.
Fluent Italian and English communication.
Willingness to travel 70–80%, including international trips.

Mansioni

Provide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont region.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
Document service actions and findings according to requirements.
Prioritize service requests to meet commitments.
Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
