Nordson Corporation is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to support equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the North-West Piedmont region. You will collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and help drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong electromechanical and software knowledge, travel up to 70–80%, and the ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in industrial service or equipment installation.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; read technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont region.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Document service actions and findings according to requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targets.
