Bacardi is seeking a Field Account On-Trade professional in Italy to drive sales and build strategic relationships with key customers in the On-trade channel. You will lead a sales team, deliver against financial targets, and expand Bacardi's portfolio presence across the Italian market.

You will travel extensively within your area, collaborate with local sales teams and key customers, and implement country IAP programs to maximize brand presence at the point of purchase.

Competenze

• Experience in FMCG sales.
• First-hand field sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian On-trade market.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer focus.
• Good English language skills.

• Deliver revenue and commercial targets as per the Country financial plan.
