Marriott International in Milan is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager/Executive Chef to oversee restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and proper storage per standards. You will lead diverse teams, maintain guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include staff training, menu development, inventory control, and performance management to sustain top service levels in a luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• Experience managing restaurant and kitchen staff in a high-volume hotel setting.
• Proven ability to develop menus and recipes while ensuring consistency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
• Track record of training and developing team members.
