You will lead diverse teams, maintain guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include staff training, menu development, inventory control, and performance management to sustain top service levels in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurant and kitchen staff in a high-volume hotel setting.
• Proven ability to develop menus and recipes while ensuring consistency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
• Track record of training and developing team members.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of all hotel policies and procedures relevant to the department.
• Set daily priorities and assign production tasks to staff.
• Coordinate supply requisitions and ensure proper receiving/storage of goods.
• Monitor staff attendance, breaks, grooming, and adherence to standards.
• Communicate changes to assignments and manage inventory and costs.
• Oversee training of new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues following procedures.
• Prepare schedules and adjust staffing to forecasted demand.
