Mandarin Oriental, Milan is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team. The role reports to the Executive Sous Chef and is based in Milan's city center, near La Scala, within the Kitchen Department.

You will maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, support menu planning, monitor stock, and ensure strict hygiene and safety compliance in a busy luxury hotel environment.

Competenze

• Globally-recognized culinary qualification.
• Menu planning and recipes knowledge.
• Fine dining knowledge and at least 5 years of experience.
• Speak English and Italian fluently.

Mansioni

• Maintain high standards of work as directed by the Executive Sous Chef.
• Ensure food preparation, quality and presentation meet requirements.
• Monitor stock movement and replenish on your station.
• Carry out daily/weekly procedures including temperature checks, labeling and storage.
• Ensure adherence to the hotel's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
