Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan is seeking a Full Time, non-management Food & Beverage professional to deliver exceptional service, serving courses and beverages and guiding guests through menu selections.

You will liaise with the kitchen, maintain spotless work areas, and support timing, safety, and uniform standards while supervising, training, and motivating team members to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Mansioni

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Answer questions on menu selections.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and availability.
• Follow cycle time guidelines for all meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Inspect china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned tables.
• Ensure staff teamwork to deliver optimum service.
• Assist management with training, scheduling, coaching and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance and protect assets.
• Welcome guests and address service needs with a courteous approach.
• Read and verify information in various formats.
• Stand or move for extended periods and lift objects as required.
