Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Milan seeks a dedicated non-management food and beverage professional to uphold luxury service standards on every shift.

You will supervise opening and closing duties, ensure grooming and attire, monitor guest needs, assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, and enforce safety, confidentiality, and asset protection in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will foster teamwork and maintain cleanliness and organization to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff teamwork to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire, complete opening/closing duties, and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety, and guests' well-being; complete work orders.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; be a role model.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality; uphold company standards.
