Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Milan is seeking an F&B Administration Intern to support the administrative and organizational tasks within the F&B department, working closely with the F&B Director.

You will assist with data gathering and reporting, coordinate between the F&B office and operations, and help prepare internal materials. This hands-on role offers exposure to events, breakfast service, and banqueting across restaurant, bar, and banqueting teams.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality and F&B operations/management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Flexible, proactive and able to support multiple teams as needed.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.

Responsibilities
