Job summary

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel Milan, is seeking an F&B Support expert/Commis de rang to join its four outlets. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will deliver attentive service and help guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

You will work full-time, five days a week, with a November start date, serving across breakfast, lunch and dinner, maintaining high standards of hospitality and teamwork in a luxury setting. Fluency in Italian and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
• Safety-first approach.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure authentic and efficient service, and check guest satisfaction.
• Support the team to ensure outlets are ready for each service.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables and restock tableware and supplies.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
