Sheraton Milan San Siro is seeking an experienced Front of House supervisor to act as a bridge between management and operations. You will oversee service across shifts, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has solid leadership, guest focus, excellent communication in English, and a proactive approach to delivering high standards. Marriott systems knowledge and HACCP awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hospitality experience, front-of-house operations.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• On-floor presence and front-of-house service management.
• Team management during service and pre/post service organization.
• Coordination of temporary staff and compliance with regulations.
• Stock control and order management via the management system.
• Knowledge of front-of-house systems (e.g., Micros Opera) is preferred.
• Knowledge of dishes, wines and basic food pairing.
