Job summary

Casa Brera - a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is hiring a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang. This full-time role reports to the F&B Outlets Manager and covers tasks related to F&B service across four outlets.

The position starts in November, with 5 days a week and two days off. We look for individuals who love creating memorable experiences around food and drink and want to leave a mark on the F&B department.

Qualifications

• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure authentic and efficient service and confirm dining experience meets expectations.
• Support outlet setup and readiness for each service period.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables and complete closing duties and re-stock tableware.
