Descrizione del lavoro

As an Expansion Manager you’ll focus on securing prime real estate in high‑traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible and built for long‑term success. You’ll work closely with landowners, brokers, developers and retailers to forge strategic partnerships and solidify our position as the leading charging network in the region.

To secure the best locations we expect you to implement a strong network development plan. You will be responsible for shaping your own network and expansion efforts and for thinking strategically about how you approach the various stakeholders in‑and outside your network.

Working as part of a dynamic international team you’ll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. You will own the entire development cycle from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding. You’ll become an expert in the future of e‑mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating internally with technical (design and construction) and legal teams to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.

You will be responsible for assessing opportunities via economic analyses and business cases, reporting such initiatives to internal stakeholders and coordinating with other teams for the preparation of internal and external documentation.

You will take part in the origination and management of multi‑site customer relationships: from identifying potential opportunities/partners to analysing sites for installation, to commercial negotiation and contract signing.

You will monitor public/private tender opportunities on dedicated portals, study tender documentation, verify legal, technical and economic requirements for participation in consultation with the relevant corporate functions. With a proactive approach you will work with the Public Affairs team to promote and shape additional opportunities and help prepare tender documentation (technical and economic offer) in collaboration with the various internal corporate functions, in compliance with the timeframe and requirements from pre‑tender to post‑tender fulfilments.

Don’t worry – your onboarding will include “masterclasses” on e‑mobility and fast‑charging, so you’ll be ready to hit the ground running and shape the future of mobility by bringing essential charging infrastructure to key locations.

This role is based in Italy, where you’ll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe. You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to an industry driven by the future, making a real impact on the energy transition!

Requisiti
  • 3 years of work experience in a relevant commercial role, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong contracting knowledge (commercial planning and legal aspects)
  • Sales‑driven and results‑oriented with strong commercial acumen
  • Proven negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with both governmental bodies and private landowners
  • Affinity with legal, commercial and financial concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Italy and occasionally throughout Europe
  • A natural curiosity and passion for learning and taking on new challenges
  • A strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition
  • Nice to have: Real estate experience
  • Nice to have: An existing network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers, energy infrastructure, transport or e‑mobility sectors within Italy
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in expansion or real estate with a strong desire to deepen expertise
  • Nice to have: Experience in high‑growth companies or renewable energy
