Zusammenfassung

Keller Executive Search is seeking a qualified HR leader in Tuscany for a permanent role. The candidate will act as a coach-first partner, working with executives, managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership practices, feedback and development.

You will lead culture and OD programmes from diagnosis to implementation, with international exposure and cross-site influence. Reporting to the HR Director within a lean HR team, you will combine behavioural science with practical Italian

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end ownership of culture/engagement/OD programmes with measurable follow-through.
• Coaching leaders including senior leaders and frontline supervisors.
• HR generalist work: employee advice, performance processes, HR casework.

Aufgaben

• Build coaching relationships with executives, managers and frontline supervisors.
• Coach on feedback, goal setting, performance conversations and development.
• Lead culture and OD programmes from diagnosis to implementation and evaluation.
• Manage employee listening cycles: surveys, reporting and follow-through.
• Translate survey findings into actionable leadership plans and monitor delivery.
• Facilitate leadership, talent and capability discussions across teams.
• Coordinate development programmes with vendors, e-learning and evaluation.
• Support succession planning and talent calibration linking outcomes to action.
