Keller Executive Search is recruiting for a permanent HR opportunity with an established company in the wine and hospitality sector. Based in Tuscany, our client brings together agricultural, production, commercial and guest-facing operations within an international environment. The business is investing in leadership capability, employee development and a strong, sustainable workplace culture. This is not a conventional HR position. The successful candidate will be a coach-first culture and organisational development partner, working closely with executives, managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership practices, feedback, performance conversations and employee development. You will also lead recurring culture, engagement and performance-development programmes from diagnosis through implementation and measurable follow-through. Reporting to the HR Director with an international dotted-line relationship, you will join a lean HR team and retain meaningful generalist responsibilities. The opportunity suits someone who combines behavioural-science expertise and credible leadership coaching with practical Italian HR knowledge. With broad access to leaders and teams across multiple Tuscan sites, this role offers tangible influence and a potential long-term pathway towards senior HR leadership.
