A leading cruise line in Italy is seeking an Events Planner responsible for managing various events at sea. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Tourism and at least 3 years of on-board hospitality experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, training coordinators, and ensuring high guest experience standards. The Events Planner is responsible for managing any Institutional, Mice, Marketing and Media event\ / activity at sea. He\ / She liaises with sales and marketing team to translate the guest needs to the seagoing environment providing operational assistance in compliance with the Brand Standards and Guest Experience Product.
