Job summary

Daze in Italy is looking for a proactive recruiter to own the top of the hiring funnel across Italy, France, Spain and Poland. You’ll run high-volume outreach through phone calls, LinkedIn InMails and direct messages to passive and active candidates, building a strong talent pipeline daily.

You’ll partner with the People team to craft engaging job ads and publish them on the right channels, and you’ll conduct first-level phone screenings to assess motivation, availability, salary expectations,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a recruiter or headhunter in a recruitment agency.
• You are a phone person: dozens of calls a day don’t scare you, they motivate you.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. You’ll talk with candidates and colleagues across Europe.
• You know LinkedIn Recruiter.
• You are fast, organized and results-driven: you measure yourself on qualified candidates, not on sent CVs.
• You are comfortable working on many positions at the same time, with different seniority levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the hiring funnel for all open positions across Italy, France, Spain and Poland, from technical R&D profiles to sales, operations and customer care.
• Run high-volume outreach every day: phone calls, LinkedIn InMails and direct messages to passive and active candidates.
• Find creative sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, universities and ITS, technical schools, communities, events, referral programs, competitors’ alumni.
• Run first-level phone screenings to check motivation, availability, salary expectations and language skills.
• Deliver qualified shortlists to hiring managers, who will take care of the final selection.
• Keep Teamtailor always up to date: candidate status, notes, pipeline per position.
• Write and optimize job ads together with the People team, and publish them on the right channels.
• Build a talent pool for recurring roles, so we’re ready before the need arises.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening and outreach.
• Track and share weekly metrics: contacts made, screenings, shortlists, time-to-shortlist.
