An innovative staffing agency is seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter for a fully remote role. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in recruitment, exceptional sourcing techniques, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, customizing recruitment processes, and sourcing candidates from various platforms. Competenze

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably at a staffing agency.
• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
