CB Talents is expanding its talent management team in Rome and seeks an Italian Recruiter to lead sourcing for Italian-speaking roles, assess profiles, and coordinate placements.

You will manage candidate pipelines, run pre-selection tests, schedule interviews, and handle recruitment administration. The role requires native or C1 Italian and working English, a 6-month contract, 40-hour weeks, and day-one health coverage, with relocation support for international relocators.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, customer support management, or HR.

We are expanding our talent management department and looking for an Italian Recruiter. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategies for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate candidate placement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Health insurance included starting on Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support offered to international relocators + accommodation.(excludes flight ticket reimbursement).
