KeyPartners seeks a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for Italy, directly sourcing professionals and partnering with hiring managers on search strategies. You will act as a subject-matter expert to hire efficiently, while maintaining autonomy and aligning with company policies.

The role requires proactive sourcing, market awareness, and strong collaboration with leadership to meet staffing goals in a dynamic environment. Italian and English fluency is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in recruitment (Middle Management), preferably ICT sector.
• Strong sourcing, assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to advise leaders on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and passive sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Source, select and hire qualified candidates for vacant positions using cost-effective methods.
• Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance.
• Provide coaching to leaders to support strategic staffing goals with limited guidance.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with compensation on offers and equity.
• Manage tools and cost-effective recruiting contracts with agencies and job boards.
• Track and report time to hire, cost to hire, and diversity of hires.
