OverIT is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across GTM, Technology, and Delivery. You will proactively source top Italian talent, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and map the market to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of the Italian talent market, ideally including tech/digital ecosystems.
• Experience recruiting for GTM/tech roles in SaaS or software.
• Advanced sourcing techniques: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven guidance.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior roles across GTM, Technology, and Delivery.
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates, primarily in Italy, using direct sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and share market insights.
• Support senior searches with research, mapping, and candidate management.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience as the main point of contact.
• Prepare and negotiate offers aligned with benchmarks and internal frameworks.
• Map competitor organizations and talent pools in Italy to keep the business informed.
• Represent OverIT in the market at events and communities to strengthen employer brand.
