Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian-speaking Freelancer Remote Sourcing Recruiter to join our team. You will source, screen and place top talent for our clients across Europe, working remotely as a freelancer with a performance-based pay model.

You will build talent pools, conduct screenings, and collaborate with clients and team members across industries while adapting to multilingual recruitment needs and flexible schedules.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience recruiting in BPO/Multilingual environments.
• Available to work as a freelancer and collaborate with the team.

Mansioni
