Gewiss S.p.A. is seeking a market-facing owner of the EV charging portfolio to turn technical capabilities into real customer value and win projects globally.

You will influence product direction through deep market insight and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Service and Global Markets to shape go-to-market strategies in a fast-moving landscape. The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product plans.

Competenze

• Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics, ideally DC fast charging ecosystems, stakeholders and business models.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation abilities.

• Determines customer needs by specifying research to obtain market information.
• Recommends scope of present and future product lines by reviewing specs and requirements.
