Autel Energy Europe seeks a Solution Engineer to translate complex technical requirements into reliable EV charging solutions. You will provide pre-sales technical support, design charging configurations, and coordinate across product and R&D teams to validate feasibility.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, English fluency, and likely experience with international customers in the energy and mobility sectors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in EV charging or energy sectors preferred.
• Experience with international customers is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution consulting to customers and partners.
• Design and present EV charging solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Delivery teams to validate solutions.
• Lead solution validation, pilots, and handover activities.
• Deliver trainings and build reusable technical documentation.
