Job summary

Autel Energy in Europe seeks a Customer-facing Solution Engineer to translate complex charging requirements into reliable EV solutions. You will lead pre-sales discussions, design AC/DC charging configurations, and present technical concepts to customers, partners, and internal teams.

In this role you will coordinate with Product Management and R&D, assess feasibility, and support project handovers, with emphasis on clear documentation, risk mitigation, and delivering technically compelling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 3+ years in solution engineering or pre-sales.
• Experience in EV charging, energy infrastructure, or mobility is preferred.
• Experience with international customers and cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Design AC and DC charging solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and present solution concepts, architectures, and product configurations.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and delivery teams to validate solutions.
• Deliver technical trainings and support certifications where required.
• Capture and feed back customer insights to product teams.
