Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive WSS vertical expansion across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal segments. You will shape go-to-market strategies, develop channel partnerships, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in BD or sales within industrial environments, fluent English, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration, pricing, and contract negotiations across multiple European markets.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors.
Proven GTM, channel expansion, and partner ecosystem experience.
Fluent English is required.

Mansioni

Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS presence across Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal verticals.
Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement GTM, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies.
Conduct market analysis on customer needs, competitors, trends and EU legislation.
Forecast demand for rental assets and capital sales products.
Support product strategy, pricing, launches, and end-to-end solutions.
Design customized solutions for specific vertical markets.
Strengthen distribution channels and indirect sales networks.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, and regional teams on targets and proposals.
Maintain European opportunity funnel with accurate pipeline visibility.
