ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM teams to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers. You will identify AI transformation goals and translate workflows into actionable deployments.

You will lead flagship deals end-to-end, embed yourself onsite with strategic customers, and collaborate across engineering, product and sales to maximize business impact and adoption across industries worldwide.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Commercial insight: comfortable in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python and API integration familiarity to prototype and demo with engineering.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Ability to work across industries and environments.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Mansioni

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close with commercial terms.
• Embed yourself inside customers and own delivery outcomes onsite.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customers and engineers.
• Guide best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI systems.
• Scope applications across industries and regions globally.
• Present results and future work to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights into the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and exec teams to production.
