Adobe Systems is seeking a high-energy Product Sales Specialist to join its Digital Experience Sales team in Rome. You will drive adoption of Adobe's AI-powered Data Insights, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, and Agentic AI solutions across Italy's largest enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, strong executive communication, and a proven track record of shaping complex business value propositions with C-Level and VP-Level

8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Proven ability to engage C-Level and VP-Level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of AI, data insights, and customer engagement solutions.
Ability to translate complex customer needs into measurable business value.

Mansioni

Run an enterprise sales territory focusing on net new business for Data Insights, Customer Engagement and AI solutions.
Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
Develop and maintain relationships at C-Level and VP-Level within strategic enterprise accounts.
Develop compelling value propositions based on business outcomes and ROI.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closing.
Achieve annual software and services revenue targets.
Partner closely with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing teams.
